I don't know about you but after nearly a year in lockdown I definitely got to a point where I was feeling it physically. It's so easy to concentrate on other things and let the time fly by, but I got to the point where I needed to take back control and trade in lunch laid out on the sofa for a quick PT session with Alex from Hansford & Crocker.
Don't get me wrong it was the LAST thing I felt like doing but getting started is always the hardest bit. I've been doing it twice a week for two months now and have noticed such a difference in my mood, energy levels, and sleep quality (sooo important at this time of year).
