A highly personable, experienced account manager who thrives in a fast-paced and growing business. You will have a proven track record of building relationships with key clients, retaining and strategically upselling when necessary, and putting out fires if they start. You will be highly emotionally intelligent and able to create strong authentic relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
You love solving problems, you are able to balance being proactive as well as reactive. You enjoy spending your days on video calls talking to clients and passionately believe in the mission of Juno.
